My Massage Style:

I blend techniques from Swedish, deep tissue, and sports massage to create a personalized and intuitive session tailored to your body’s needs. My goal is to help your body recover from injuries and everyday aches - without unnecessary pain. In my 10-years of hands-on experience I have learned that true healing comes from working with the body & the nervous system.

During your session, I may incorporate gentle movement, stretching, breathing techniques, and slow intentional deep tissue work. This allows us to go deep in a way that feels safe and effective, rather than forceful. I listen closely to your body and work with it - not by jamming elbows into tight muscles, but by encouraging real lasting change through skilled, respectful touch.

  • 1.5 hours is enough time to do a full body massage & do detailed work on a specific area/injury
